Club Marena's 27 VILLAS are a row of two-story beach homes that each have and attached private garage, an oceanfront master an oceanfront patio with sunny outdoor living space and an open floor plan with views of the oceanfront everywhere.
Every villa has a gas fireplace in the living area and the master bedroom. Each villa has its own character and different touches. While the floor plans are similar, they differ in significant ways with some having 2 bedrooms and other up to four.

LAS FLORES CONDOS
Club Marena's first condo building, Las Flores is a six story low rise condo building with six 1, 2 and three bedroom units per floor. Spacious and beautiful each condo has step down living areas, and oceanfront master, spacious open floor plan and each has its own private garage. The garden units, like all garden units in Club Marena and larger spacious patios with sunny outdoor living space.
The penthouse units have higher ceilings and only occupy 4 units for the entire floor. They are spectacular. The building features beautiful ponds with fountains and little bridge is coming off the front and all units have an incredible ocean view.
LAS BRISAS CONDOS and LAS OLAS CONDOS
Club Marena's second tower is the Las Brisas building. It features ten floors with the penthouses each occupying two floors at the top. The garden units feature an extra bedroom in the back and have again the big extended sunny open patios.
There are a total of 18 units and each has an amazing oceanfront master bedroom with a large walk through closet jetted tubs and double vanities. It was at this point when the developers started building properties where the elevator bays only served two units.
This made them much more private and exclusive. the pen houses and garden units have two car garages. The other units each yet either an underground parking space with storage or a carport space.
When that tower was completed the developer decided to build a 4000 sqft custom home on the lot it was at the very East End of the row of villas that had been undeveloped. That was completed in 1997 and is the only fully detached custom home in Club Marena and is know as VILLA ONE.
LAS CONCHAS CONDOS
Club Marena's fourth building, Las Conchas, is a very similar to the Las Olas. The featured a littler higher ceilings and some updating but for the most part have all of the great features of the predecessor. Each property has a two-car tandem space with a large storage unit with the exception of some of the properties having two-car private garages in either the underground parking facility or a row of garages that sits just outside the building.
PUNTA MARENA AND LAS PERLAS CONDOS
Punta Marena was the fifth Club Marena tower and was completed in 2010. It features three sections with at most 2 units per floor an each has a private elevator. The first of which is Las Perlas that has 12 floors, 2 units per floor, each unit being 1524 square feet.
However, on some floors, two units were combined to make one large 3,000 square foot unit. Those units are unique in that they are as deep as they are wide, so they feature quite a bit of ocean frontage. The penthouse and the garden units are both designed this way.
Every property gets one parking space in the private underground facility some of which have been built into private garages.
LAS VALAS CONDO
The final section is Las Valas and in that part of the building the condos are approximately 1500 square feet on one side and 1700 square feet on the 2nd the smaller of the two is very similar to the last pearl units in floor plan. The larger of the two has a wraparound patio and a very unique floor plan. These all also have fireplaces in the living area.
THE PUNTA MARENA Section of the building features 2 units per floor one of which is 1720 square feet with two bedrooms and two baths one of the bedrooms being an oceanfront master with a jetted tub and a walk-in closet.
The second unit on the floor are the true treasures of Club Marena. 4000 square feet of wraparound condominium with more windows than walls. 3 oceanfront suites with the master being spectacular having a jetted tub of fireplace in a large walk-in closet.
