La Jolla Del Mar is just over twenty-four miles south of the border and features two residential tower buildings that are directly on the beach, beautifully landscaped and graced with an impressive list of modern amenities. These two towers, built by the Mexican developer, Desarrolladores de Las Californias, house the premier residential addresses in the Rosarito Beach area.
In addition to the condo towers, there are 15 luxury villas on the grounds. Unit sizes range from 1,147 square feet to 5,000 square feet and all units contain at least 2 full baths and either two or three bedrooms. There are seven different floor plans. Each unit also has a full balcony looking directly out onto the ocean.
All utilities are underground and the units have city water, sewer, and electricity. Each unit has a dishwasher, disposal, refrigerators with ice and water in the door, and washer / dryer hookups. The homeowners' association fees are based on the square footage of the particular unit.
The security of these buildings is excellent. The complex is gated with 24/7 guard control. Only owners and their guests are allowed entry. Owners must register guests or notify the guards that they have guests arriving. All units have covered parking in a two-story parking structure.
The list of amenities for the towers is very impressive. It includes 3 kid’s pools, 2 adult pools, and a lap pool. There are 5 hot tubs and 5 barbeque areas along with a fire pit. There is a tennis court, a basketball court, a steam room, a gym, and a gorgeous clubhouse. There is also a pet area, a storage facility, and even some jogging trails. All of this is of course located right on an excellent sandy beach which is partially lighted and has a guard post on the south side. The rinse area is located just before you get to the beach. The walkways are nicely laid out and the landscaping is lush and true throughout the grounds.
