Quinta Pacifica Beachfront Villas is a small and very exclusive Ocean Front community located about 45 minutes south of the border, and about 15 minutes south of Rosarito
The community sits right next to Las Gaviotas so this is the perfect place to invest in if you want to live close to the surf at Las Gaviotas but with a lower density and in a more private community.
Quinta Pacifica is a gated community. It has been recently painted and has been maintained very nicely.
The community shares a grassy ocean front common area which is immaculately maintained. There is an oceanfront pool area and Jacuzzi.
There are some stairs and small walkway that lead down to the awesome rock formations on the Sea. There is a larger rock formation which is great to see the egrets and other native aquatic birds.
If you like surfing, both on the north and south sides of the rock are some great surf breaks.
There are plenty of restaurants within a mile or two, as well as convenience stores. Olly's Pizza is just at the street entrance to Villas Pacifica. Uncle Joe's BBQ is just across the street.
There are also several great places to eat including the Baja Pig and Taco Surf at KM 38, the Puerto Nuevo lobster village about 3 minutes away, and much, much more.
There is a gated electric entrance and full-time maintenance.
The community has a voluntary HOA board and has on-site maintenance.
Water, septic, trash pickup, grounds maintenance are all included with HOA fee.
